PTA Pizza Party Contest
Congratulations to the winners of our first pizza party contest!
1st place: Mrs.Fell's PM pre-k class (50%)
2nd place: Mrs.Kuchta's class (43.5%)
3rd place: Mrs.Rampolla's class (30%)
We are excited to announce our second membership contest which will run from January 7, 2013 until March 7, 2013. The class with the highest percentage of membership will WIN a PIZZA PARTY! The 2nd and 3rd place classes will both win an ice cream party.
Parents/Teachers: If you are not a PTA member yet, sign up and help your child/students get a pizza party for their class. If you’re already a member, it will be counted towards the party.
Best of luck and make sure you get your membership forms and money in before the deadline 03/7/2013.
PTA Membership
The number one reason to join the PTA is to benefit your child. In doing so, you also help your school. But there are many more goals the PTA could reach with your help. Here are just a few:

Expand parent and community involvement in the school and PTA.

Provide parental involvement information in the PTA newsletter and website.

Improve and enhance communication between parents, teachers and Montpelier administration.

Provide programs to enrich students's education.

Help sponsor fundraisers to provide funds for the purchase of items to enrich and enhance the education of Magnolia children and to meet general budget needs.

Continued generous support for our teachers both financially and emotionally, including volunteer time spent in the class room doing various activities.
Please remember when the PTA gets involved, children benefit. When you get involved with the PTA, the child who benefits most is your own.
Membership dues for the year are $6.00 per member or $10.00 for 2 people in same household. Please click on the Forms link to find the membership/volunteer form. Please return the form and your money (no checks) in an envelope marked "Magnolia PTA" to your child's teacher.
Please remember to activate your PTA membership card. Also, take a look at the member benefits you are able to utilize by being a PTA member.
